Inquiry information
The inquiry form may collect your name, an optional customer type, approximate warehouse location at country, state or province and city level, primary parcel types, common dimensions, WeChat ID or email, your message, page attribution, language and UTM campaign fields.
Do not submit recipient names, street addresses, phone numbers, real orders, passwords, API keys or other sensitive production data through the public form.
Purpose and retention
We use inquiry information to assess service fit, reply to you, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions and improve the website. Inquiry records are generally retained for 12 months. Each record has a scheduled deletion date and is removed during the next database maintenance operation after that date, which may not occur at the exact minute of expiry. A notification email is sent only after the inquiry has been saved; a notification failure does not remove the saved record.
Privacy-friendly analytics
The website uses first-party, cookie-free aggregate analytics for page views and a fixed set of interactions: inquiry CTA clicks, email clicks, WeChat QR opens, template downloads and successful form submissions. We record only page paths, language, external referrer hostname and UTM source, medium and campaign values supplied in the link.
During one browser-tab session, sessionStorage keeps the first landing path and inquiry source page so we can understand which content led to a contact. It contains no user ID and is not used for cross-site tracking. Analytics do not retain IP addresses, device identifiers, full referring URLs or personal browsing profiles. When Do Not Track is enabled, the site does not read or write this session attribution and does not send analytics. Aggregate records are retained for no more than 25 months.
Deletion requests
You may request deletion of an inquiry through the public email or WeChat contact shown on this website. Please provide enough information to locate the inquiry, such as the contact method used and approximate submission time.
